Meet our partner FLEUR DE METS, a young Parisian enterprise. It organises corporate events in the most splendid and unique settings of Paris. Freshness is the hallmark of Fleur de Mets, and its elegant youth is distilled into the art of living, the backdrop and gastronomy.

The Chef Philippe Saillard is behind the blended, inspired and creative gastronomy of Fleur de Mets. He works with cooked-raw vegetables, added here and there, to fish spiced with a touch of sharp flavoring or to an unusual basic ingredient, enhanced with a splash of extra virgin olive oil or sweet chili from Asia. In the expert hands of chef Séverine Rol, the patisserie confidently expresses its lightly sugared flavors in colored confections with sophisticated designs.

Fleur de Mets’ gastronomy can also be tasted at Salons Marceau. Tucked away in a private mansion built in the era of Napoléon III and a stone’s throw from the Champs-Elysées, this reception area lends itself to all reception layouts, dinners, cocktails, workshops, fashion shows, press conferences…
